The manufacturer and our contact has been great to deal with, communication and support very good 😊 service and quality of our sample is good, we have already made another order.👍🏾 Shiping: The items landed in the country with Team Global Express on 4th July we didn’t get any notifications of arrival, after numerous phone calls to their call centre we had to arrange to pick up our samples on the 16th April, a full 12 days later, this is after waiting 2-3 weeks shipping from manufacturer. Team Global Express has a very poor rating in Australia and gives very good manufacturers negative feedback. In saying that we will continue to work with Jax and their team 🙏🏽
